At Palmetto State K9, we focus on building a strong foundation of obedience skills through private, on hour, one-on-one training sessions. This personalized approach allows you to address specific issues without the distraction of other families, ensuring you and your dog can concentrate on learning hands-on techniques to practice at home. So both you and your dog are learning together!

We make sure that your dog masters basic obedience before progressing to advanced skills. Don’t stress trying to train your dog alone—let us help make training enjoyable and effective!

The Foundational Basics

4 Lesson Package

Build a strong foundation with our Basic Obedience program. Perfect for teaching essential commands and good manners, setting your dog up for success.

8 Lesson Package

Take your dog’s skills to the next level with our Advanced Obedience program. Start with building a strong basic foundation of obedience and advance to mastering complex commands and real world scenarios.

All Private Lesson Programs Include:

• Walk politely on a leash and formal “Heel” command

• Sit, Down, and Place with duration

• Impulse control

• Recall (coming when called)

• Safe and healthy interactions with other dogs (if applicable)

• Neutral and polite greetings with people

• Stopping unwanted behaviors

• Confidence building exercises

• Hands-on instruction with PSK9 Trainer

• Access to PSK9 Lesson Handbook
